At HifiHut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If your purchase doesn't hit the right note, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HifiHut account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
